Ben Platt

Ben joined Sharp Key in 2021 and facilitates investment selection, acquisition due diligence and capital markets for the firm.  Ben also assists in asset management and portfolio management.  Prior to joining Sharp Key, he worked for Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company, where he executed debt and equity placements of commercial real estate transactions with a focus on residential assets. Ben has a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.
