Brian Kennedy

Brian leads the firm’s investment strategy, asset underwriting, and capital deployment operations. Brian has played a pivotal role in scaling the business, overseeing over $1.6 billion in real estate transactions across single-family homes, multifamily apartments, fractured condominiums, and student housing properties. Bringing a data-driven approach to investing, Brian shaped the firm’s proprietary underwriting framework, enabling Sharp Key to identify undervalued opportunities and deliver consistent outperformance for investors.  He holds a B.S. in Economics from Bucknell University.
