Caroline Okel

Caroline joined Sharp Key in 2022. She oversees asset management for the firm’s student housing portfolio, in addition to managing investor relations and firm-level data analysis. Prior to joining Sharp Key, she worked in derivative sales at Bank of America, where she structured interest rate risk management solutions for corporate real estate clients. Caroline graduated with high honors from Davidson College and holds a B.A. in Economics.
