Ryan Kahwaty

Ryan joined Sharp Key in 2026 and supports fund‑level accounting and FP&A, contributing to financial reporting, performance analysis, and the review of operational processes across the firm’s real estate funds. Prior to joining Sharp Key, he worked at KPMG as an Audit and Accounting Advisory Associate, where he focused on private equity clients, performing financial statement audits and advising on complex accounting matters. Ryan holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University.
